What to Expect in a boiler installation?
We’ll arrive and set up our tools
We will arrive bright and early to set up our van and make sure I have all the tools and products we need to complete the installation.
We’re super flexible on making sure your installation day works for you, so we can arrive at a time that suits you!
We’ll knock on your door
At an agreed time we’ll will knock on your door and let you know we’re here to start your boiler installation. We’ll will always be on time!
We’ll will protect your carpets and surfaces
We’ll ensure to take precautions to protect surfaces and valuables within your home, it’s really helpful if you’re able to move any furniture to allow room for our tools.
How to Prepare
When we come to install your new boiler, there are a few areas in your home that our engineers will need access to on installation day. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, here are some tips on how to prepare your home for our arrival.
Parking spaces for our vans
We’ll may need a couple of spaces saving for our vans outside your home. It’s always helpful if you can keep the driveway clear.
Accessing the kitchen
If your boiler is located in your kitchen, this is where we’ll be doing the majority of our work. Please ensure all surfaces are clear and that there is easy access to the stopcock.
Access around the house
We’ll also need access to other areas within your home such as access to the airing cupboard and all the radiators throughout the house.

Other areas our our engineers will also need access to your loft tank as well as your gas meter.
Install the Bosch EasyControl App
After your Worcester Bosch boiler is installed, you can download the Bosch EasyControl app. This app allows you to take full control of your heating system and set your radiators to your desired temperature.
The End of the Day
At the end of the day, we tidy up and conduct a thorough handover. We'll ensure your home is clean, removing any debris and tools used during installation. We'll also guide you through operating your new boiler, demonstrating key features, setting up controls, and providing maintenance tips for optimal performance. Our aim is to leave you with a fully functional boiler and confidence in its use!

Our engineers are very respectful so will make sure your home is tidy and exactly the way is was when they arrived.

We’ll talk you through your new boiler and ensure you know everything you need to utilise it!
Register your new boiler
Once you’re boiler is installed and ready to be used, you can register your new boiler with Worcester Bosch to receive your guarantee certificate.
Some boilers have a guarantee of up to 12 years!
Your gas safe compliance certificate
We’ll also ensure your Gas Safe Building Compliance certificate is sent to your through the post.
Customers have 7 days to make payment
Once everything is complete and you’re happy with your brand new boiler installation, you have 7 days to complete payment.
